I developed a love for coaching in an unlikely place. My son’s U9 indoor soccer league was about to be canceled for lack of coaches. Although I was “far too busy”, I let my name stand. I ended up coaching 3 more seasons.
It would be great to say that business is easy, but it isn’t. It has its highs and lows. Most business owners and leaders feel alone. They put on their game face every day, shielding their staff from their biggest concerns.
I get it! I have owned 3 businesses and led 3 organizations at General Manager and Board levels. Despite a growing company, sitting on a board, being a father of teens, and being a husband, I found balance and reduced stress through the mentoring of my coach. I hope to do the same for you!

I bring 31 years of work experience and 14 years of leadership at the top of organizations and boards to our coaching relationship. I understand corporate sales, marketing, and finances. Experience is great, however, the best gift I can give is being a coach that believes in you!
